and if yes, what will be the required parts etc ..?

I’m I right in thinking you are after the virtual cockpit that is available in cars the newer Audi cars. I know the company that do an aftermarket VC. I think it’s called rs nav. From what I can see they’ve not realised it yet.

They closed the crowdfunding page on this. Undersubscribed, dev work stopped.
was an interesting idea, and I would have been interested in the final version
