I plugged in my iPhone using the aux cable and managed to play music and was surprised when my phone rang and I managed to talk via the radio speakers but the sound quality on the music and phone conversation was extremely poor. Any advise or is this a given? I guess bluetooth will be the obvious answer I just hoped that there might me a less expensive option.

suprised you didn't get really bad echo/feedback from using aux for a phone call

Welcome to the site.

TBH unless your headphone cable & jack are not working optimally, it should be fine unless its getting feedback etc.

Phone ideally would be better with oem bt kit of which we supply/fit.

If you want the best, then ami with rns-e is the best system along with the bt kit mentioned, but this has a fair cost to it.

Hello

I'm new to this.
I have a 2009 A4 with Aux in the arm rest. But I'm looking for
Bluetooth (Audi) and the proper iPhone/iPod lead. I'm guessing its quite a lot of £££££

how much roughly?

Paul

Hi Paul, I can offer this, just finished the same setup today for a client on same year/car, works a treat, but yes its not a cheap solution, ping me a PM & I can give you prices for you to think over :)
