Help Please Audi B8 To B8.5

Hi all

So am new to this forum.

And in need of some help. I have a 2011 Audi A4 B8 and doing a 8.5 conversion. The only issue I am having are the rear lights the adaptors seem to be different. Anyone done this before and found the solution?

All the other parts have gone on perfect just the rear lights which I am having an issue with. I have a saloon version too

So the brown adaptor is on my b8 rear lead lights however the green one is the 8.5 rear light and not fitting in
