Can anyone point me in the right direction for coding an OEM Bluetooth module into a Symphony 2+?

Cheers

Depends on the car and options, but I'm guesisng as you have a 2+ then you MUST have a multi function steering wheel to control the phone kit.

Then the coding changes depending on the car model

2009 S3 8P with MFSW. I understand there are check boxes for Telephone in Radio and Can Gateway and then some coding??

BT Module coding

0011422 would be for nav unit, A3 and MFSW
0001222 would be for symphony, A3 and MFSW

And yes you should check the box in the can gateway to say you have a BT module installed

Also you can code the radio to add telephone option

Can't remember on an A3 if you need to code the steering wheel controller also, it's been a while

All of these things come up in the coding helper when using VCDS to code.

Fitted it today and it works brilliantly using the code provided by Craig. My only gripe is the connection / disconnection chime, it’s loud...really loud??

Sorted the connection chime, thankfully before it made my tinnitus any worse!
