Audi Cabriolet Suspected Screen Wash Bottle Leak

Hi. New on here...! I have a 2.8 Audi Cab, which appears to cry for an hour or so whenever I park her up...! What appears to be clear water drips from the front of the inside, of the passenger front wheel arch - close to where the screen wash refill cap is. I suspect a leaking bottle or pipe of some sort. Can anyone help with a suggestion on how to access it, and perhaps a parts diagram...? Generally where would I get other parts diagrams from too, please? Thank you.
