Audi Concert CD Changer

Hello!
Need some help, got a Audi Concert stereo in my 98 Audi A3 T sport, i wanna get a CD changer i have checked and i have the lead in the boot.
Is it just a case of getting a CD changer and connecting it up for it to work?
Any help will be much appriciated.

i did some research into this, and I was going to get this one, until I realised my volume knob was KO'd on the concert, so I just replaced the headunit... anyway:

Alpine, £160, fits your lead in the back. My dad successfully installed this one in his A4, but he had to remove the bracket and cut some gaps in it.
