Audi Connect Monthly data usage

I have been using Audi Connect for a month.
The On Line Usage meter says:
Sent Data: 4,56 GB
Received Data: 2,65 GB

I wonder why Sent is higher than received?
I have been listening to Streamed Radio for many hours via the Connect App.
Also Google Maps and Street view and Picture Destinations download.
Would be interested to see others post re their monthly or weekly usage.

That seems very high to be honest. Have you used the hotspot feature? Wondering if that includes sent data? Traditionally sent data would be data uploaded but can't see what it would be uploading to warrant that volume of data.

I think the MMI Radio app uses the phone as a hot spot, so yes.
My son tethers his phone to listen to sound cloud, but he is not in the car that often
