Audi keep delaying

The car went in for a knocking/grinding noise, turned out to be the steering column and steering rack. All covered under the approved used car warranty, this was 2 days ago and every time I phone they keep saying tomorow we'll have it done, it's a big job which I get but it's not a 3 day job. What do you think I should do?

Thats no excuse, they have had your car that you have paid good money for, it is them delaying it, its not your fault, perhaps suggest they pay an additional premium to cover you on the loan car.

They were willing to sell you this car with approved warranty so they should do all they can to get you through this, if they cant give you a car ask them for some freebies or a little longer on the warranty!
