Does anybody know when the remote locking (with a phone) and key connect functions will start working? My dealer says it’s an after launch feature and not working yet???

My wife been in contact with Audi Digital due to having errors coming up on the phone every so often. They have said something special is going to happen at the end of the month, they wouldn't say what but they are very excited about it.

So might be that.

Why is it the sister companies can get them to work without issue but Audi seem to have issues, go figure.

Which optional is required for opening/locking doors from myaudi app? I think it's Audi connect remote & control, right? Audi connect Key should let unlocking with smartphone's NFC, not through the app from remote, true?
