audi key fob does not work!!

Hello, my key fob does not work, it does not unlock or lock the car

I got the key fob checked and it seems fine, I even tried the spare key fob and having the same issue
I have to lock and unlock the car manually with the key
its a 08 plate

can anyone help please?????
