Q7 audi mmi firmware

hello i have a q7 2010 year i tried to edit the green menu and after rebooting the screen went dark and when i engage reverse gear it shows and hangs at that point..the radio works fine from the cluster screen but nothing shows on the mmi screen....can i get it fixed with firmware installation?

Do you recall what you changed, return back to previous settings?
