Audi RSN-E Bluetooth Phone Problem

Hi – has anyone experienced compatibility issues with certain Bluetooth phones and the RSN-E?? My Sony Ericsson works perfectly but the when wife’s LG is connected the steering wheel controls do not work saying ‘button not in use’. You can receive calls OK and dial using the main screen, just not access contacts on the phone using the steering wheel controls.

Help!! Any suggestions anyone?

Yes, lots of variations in functionality, LG are particularly poor.

This list of phones has been tested in the UK & US with an EU or US RNS-E . Your results may vary due to firmware issues with the phones etc.

So far paired and Hands free profiles with GSM commands for phone book, Missed/dialed/received calls etc
