Hello everyone!

I’ve been a member on here for a while but had an A3 (S-line) and then worked through some other brands. The good news is I’m back with a Sepang Blue S1 Sportback and I should be collecting it on the 10th. Can’t wait and I’ve attached some photos to this thread!

Thank you both! Things took a bad turn within eight hours of collecting this S1. We suffered a sticking brake caliper which actually caught fire and then we noticed some other faults with the vehicle too. Things on a previously failed MOT had not been fixed and it has been deemed unroadworthy by the police and we’re currently in the process of rejecting it. Nightmare! Finance company are being brilliant and are trying to help us sort it out ASAP and we’ve put a deposit down on another well specced S1 from Southend Audi. Can’t wait to collect it!

You had a lucky escape with the first one - it looked good but sad he issues were not fixed. Since you are rejecting it I assume you bought from a garage? In which case that is shocking.

Yes bought from YS Motor Group in Bolton. Still waiting for them to refund the finance company so until that happens we're in limbo
