AUDI S3 8V

i have an 2016 Audi S3 8V saloon
mods what i have done: pipercross induction kit, jb4 performance kit, milltek exhaust system

now the problem is that when i start the car in the morning whilst its idle after like 30 seconds the cars rev bounces and it begins to shake whilst stood there and carry's on shaking until i start driving.
i'm not sure why its doing this, so could i have some help please.

Revs bouncing could be a vacuum leak somewhere so check the connections to the intake and make sure they are all good and make sure there’s no split in the pipes. Pcv valve seems to be a common problem from what I’ve read here.
Next would be removing the jb4 and see if the problem is still there. It could be a bad map that’s caused this.

ive checked all the pipes theres no leaks, on my previous car i opened the pcv valve and it started to give white smoke for some reason. so i think ill try the removing the jb4 and then try
