Audi S5 Sportback 2014 weird Rattling/spring-like Engine Startup noise

Hi Guys,

Please see clip below and let me have your advice.



You will notice a strange rattling sometimes spring-like noise when switching the engine on. This normally happens when starting the car in the morning.

Audi Dealership have told me several times over the past few months that this is normal but I have driving a few S5 since purchasing my car and never hear the same noise on them. Any advice?

decided to sell the car, Audi keep telling me this is normal and I've had enough of the noise!

p.s. more noises have developed since recording the video. I'm really not liking the S5 build

This certainly wasn't normal, so you perhaps did the right thing....
