Audi Service Plan and 12 Month Warranty - Transferable?

Just bought a '67 plate S3. Sold as having one owner.

In fact, the car was registered in the dealer's name in March this year, he 'received it' from Audi. Seems like it came with a 12 month Audi warranty.
Separately, it seems to have a service plan which is valid until 2022 according to the paper work.

Are either the warranty or the service plan transferable? The dealer has said yes to both.

I believe they are both transferable.
You can extend the warranty when it expires but that isn't transferable for some reason!
