Audi TTS, TT Door Actuator Mechanism buzz fault on opening door from remote

I get a big buzz sound from unlocking my Audi, TT, TTS, 2008 8J door but it does unlock. The sound is coming from my passenger / left side door lock actuator mechanism. It’s a buzz, grind that needs sorting. My post is notification of this problem and hope we can all get to the bottom of this. Problem not yet solved! Also I hope my post will help and encourage you to take apart and fix any problems within this mechanism. Solder, worn out parts etc. Fix Audi Parts !

It’s definitely the door actuator and think it’s a poor manufacture of the intricate plastic cogs and springs that are turning once controlled by the remote door key fob. The 3 micro switches No:1 No:2 & No:3 inside the actuator act on each cog and control the open, close etc?

What is micro switch No:1 for? as indicated in the pictures.

I have replaced this equivalent NON Audi Part twice now and would love to spread light on this awful noise and any other problems with non Audi replacements such as motor connection solder breaks which I’ve fixed previously.

Now this god awful grind on unlock.

New 3rd Party Actuator
My findings from a Brand New 3rd party Actuator I get these readings:

Multimeter set to 2000k Ohm Resistance:

1: switch:
Open: 1
Closed: 0

2: switch:
Open: 0
Closed: 176

Resistor: 0
Press Switches 2 & 3 : 176

I hope you can all exchange experience and help with this simple fix from expert experience. Thank you!

Try the lock unlocking when door is open, see if its just a tight striker plate latching mechanism causing it.

Its common on 8P too & others, sounds like its trying to move something but can't.

Generally, new genuine lock fixes most.
