Auto Dim Mirror

Anyone know what sort of price I need to fork out for retro fitting Auto dim rear view mirror?
I tried to contact Ash187 just before xmas as of yet no reply..
Does the Q3 mirror fit the A3 .Have seen one for sale but not sure if it will fit.
Also will it need coding in to the car?
