Auto tailgate!

What, I thought you had this sorted?!

Well yes and no.

The auto tailgate works just fine from the drivers door button and tailgate buttons but it will not open via the remote.

I'm guessing its a coding thing, but the coding option is still greyed out on VCDS and VCDS shows no coding present for the module. A scan from when I first got the car shows a coding of 0733334002

Does anyone else who has an auto tailgate have a scan they can share and is your coding option greyed out too?

If its the same module part number & software version, try the coding as its probably that.

The problem is CODING is greyed out and cannot be used

Changed the battery in the remote and hey presto, it now opens the tailgate!

So I also got round to fitting the Kuftec remote close mod I brought a couple of years ago to the tailgate and it will now close via the remote and door switch, happy days.
