AVS Countdown after 1st AVS service?

Had my car serviced on Monday, thought i'd check to see after approx 80 miles how the count down for the next service was shaping up . I know its prob too early to get a picture but got just a load of ---'s back. Is tis right ? does it display this for a while ?

From what I have read in other threads this is normal and it comes up with an estimate after a while, bit like when the car is new.

No doubt someone who has had a service can confirm?

Don;t worry it qwill sort it self out shortly, perfectly normal for it to take a few miles to work out the approx mileage/days to next service.

Same here mate - got my Sportback serviced on Saturday, and like you I get '----' for both mileage and time until the next service!

The '----' took a good few hundred miles to update after my recent 1st AVS.

So don't worry lads..........
