B8 3.0tdi squeal on startup

Hi All
Hope you’re well
My b8 3.0tdi has started squealing on startup, a short squeal then doesn’t start.
I then try again and all is well
The key fob battery was low (indicated on the dash) so I replaced it two months ago and it didn’t happen again, so I actually thought the fob battery was causing issues
Now wondering if it’s something else?
I’ll try starting it without the air con on, to start ruling things out
But just shout if you have any ideas
All aux belts and tensioners are due a replacement ….

Ye if aux belt gets well worn on the ribbed side through to canvas they normally start to slip and make a noise for a short time.
Or maybe tensioner

Whenever I start my S4 there's a short squeal...

How about the old chalk trick on the belts to see if it goes away temporarily and narrow things down?
