B8.5 Adaptive Headlights?

Hi Folks,

Does anyone have the correct information/description concerning these headlights? I have a 2012 Allroad. The D3S bulb headlight type also have the integrated 'angled' H7 (I believe) bulb too.
I assume these Halogen H7's are on all the time, or just for cornering? (Honestly, never ask a dealer anything about a car's spec )

Not sure if it’s H7, but they are not on all the time. Only when turning and indicating at speeds below 19mph, I think.

Thanks for the reply. I also discovered that they only 'activate' if you run in Auto mode, not manual dipped beam.

Nice Allroad Phil, I've got the B8 also in Ibis White. Not sure if there are many of us on here?
