Back door won't open

Sorry, I know it's been asked a hundred times before (at least!) but the car has started to refuse to unlock the rear passenger door off the fob. It'll unlock from inside and it always locks from the central locking. Is this the door control module? It's a 2009 S4 Avant. Don't want to buy a part that doesn't fix it!! Does anything need coding or is it a simple fix?

Its a new door lock job. Pretty straight forward to change takes no more than an hour. They cost around £99 from the dealer.

Thanks, Looking on eBay there are 'door lock actuators' for about £35. Anyone tried these? Are these what I need? Would prefer £35 to £99!!!!

Mine had similar problems took it to dealer they replaced lock no difference took a look at it myself turned out it was the cable from outside handle to lock was partially seized wasn't letting lock return £11 from audi dealer
