Does have a idea if the BAM block will fit in A4 b5 Quattro

not directly no. You need an AJL, APU or AEB

I've got a AJL at the moment want to use the BAM block as it has the forged conrods and crank

Pretty much any engine will fit with deep enough pockets lol

BAM IS NOT forged, the crank is the same as any 06a style internal water pumped engine and the rods are identical to the 20mm ones you already have

no more forged than what he has, exactly the same procedure goes into all 1.8t pistons manufactured by Mahle

Nope, it's a process loosely based upon forging, but no different to any other 1.8t piston of the same CR
