BCS Powervalve Downpipe and 200 Cell Cat First Images and Video

This is the brand new Down pipe and 200 Cell Motorsport cat from Powervalve for the Audi S1.
The product features all 304 grade stainless steel construction with billet cnc machined turbo flange and 1200 degree titanium thermal wrap. Notice the 200 cell Mini cat to defeat the CEL just after the second bend.
We would like to thank James for allowing us to develop the ppipe on his 310bhp S1

Damn, those drive-bys sound good. Forgive my ignorance, but if a stage 1 remap gives you ~310BHP then what benefit does the downpipe give you? Was the car not dyno'd after fitting the downpipe?

Also in those videos is that car just running the downpipe or is it running a cat back in conjunction?

Price is £775.00 inc VAT to Audi Sport forum members
This includes the titanium thermal wrap and the secondary mini 200 celll cat.
Video shot with car running or DP which deletes the front silencer on the Audi system and the stock Audi cat back.
Car is now being mapped to stage 2 hence the need for the DP.
Cat delete version will be available - pm for details.

So for a stage 2 you can just do the down pipe or do you have to do full system ?

Down pipe and cat will suffice - however, we will be developing the full 76mm system which will free more potential.
