Hello,
Do bending the exhaust to hide the tips decreases performance?
Example: hiding the 4 exhausts of an audi S3 to make it a sleeper, by bending the last few centimeters of the exhaust toward the ground and replace the diffuser. No one can see them anymore.

Thanks

It shouldn't, no. Broadly speaking restrictions near the turbo are more of a concern than restrictions at the end of the system, and assuming a decent bend radius so as not to shrink the diameter of the tube, you will never notice it in the real world and I'd be surprised if you'd notice it on a dyno either.

A bend in and of itself isn't really going to upset the flow assuming it isn't to the point of causing any kind of bottleneck.
