Best Guide Ever: Retrofit Rear View Camera

Hi all,

This is the best DIY guide I've come across in a long while.

I followed it to the word (nearly), even the coding - worked first time, no errors or anything. Even the kit from AliExpress is genuine Audi parts (had stickers over the part numbers).

The only change I made was the power wire (white) connector does not fit the fuse box, you need the following: 000979133E. Also I recommend you remove the left boot trim completely - makes running the wires easier.

I think the total cost was around £70.

Where did you put the white power cord?

Did you use splitter, or just cut can wire, just like Munteanu Bogan did?
