Hi Ive recently noticed that I'm getting a "Bike Chain" noise when lifting off the throttle. Think it goes when the clutch is pushed down. I do have a patched up Downpipe. Engine is a BHZ in a Seat Leon FR

Timing chain and tensioner? Hold the revs at 2k and see if it happens.

Or, mine does this but I have a single mass flywheel and aftermarket clutch - the noise for me is gearbox overrun and sounds horrible. It also disappears when I press clutch. Likely caused by input shaft into the flywheel in my case.

Had a quick google of the symptoms and it seems to be the Actuator Rod rattle. What concerns me now is the car is ment to have a Borgwarner EFR 6758 GBR/Turbodynamics Turbocharger. So would the Rod clip fix this or better looking for a new Actuator?

Did you manage to find out the solution to this problem ? as my brothers car has the same issue, Get back to me please, thanks
