Bit of help needed on led wiring

I got these 12v led tube lights to go inside my headlights they light up white on side light but flash Amber when turning .. The problem I've got. Is there are 3 wires on each led strip .. Red . Black . And yellow .. Red will be running lights yellow will be Amber and the black will be earth .. Which wire do I earth it from the side light or the indicator earth

It should not matter as all earths are connected to each other in theory.

As said above, earth is the whole chassis of the car, so it can be connected to any earth point on the car

I thought that just with a cancellation thing on the led strip so the amber light can still flash got me confused
