Bose subwoofer setting gone!

Will in update to firmware fix this?
/ What caused it?
One day I noticed it was just gone.
Firmware seems to be the factory, so don't know if it was reset by someone?

UPDATE: Now on firmware 16158 (latest)
no changes, boost either didn't update or there were no changes, now Bluetooth being spotty tbh.

Are you sure you had it in the first place? It's not enabled as standard but it is possible to add it with VCP - it's separate from the firmware but it's certainly possible the firmware load resets the adaptations in the unit.

As an aside, did you correct the error after installing the latest f/w?
