Both Xenon Bulb Failure - ?

Hello,

Just found that both my Xenon Dipped Beams lights don't work.

i can turn on the side lights as norm and the main beam so they work olay and I take it the switch does as well.

Have checked all the fuses for the lights and all seem in order

No bulb failure has come on either.

Anyone any other ideas?

Also does anyone know the best place to get replacements for and whats involved i.e how too guide. Did a search but there is no definitive 'guide'

try swapping the bulbs across mate might work...

I would double check your fuses mate.
seems very strange that both have gone, suggests fuse to me.
If fuses are definately okay then I would find out what pin on the headlight connector does the dipped (maybe someone on here can help with that) and see if you have voltage to the headlight unit then work back.

Cheers, took it in to Autotechnic yesterday and they did a quick voltage and fuse test. All came back fine, it turned out to be a fault light switch!

Got the switch in this morning and changed it over and all good. Only took a min to fit and cost £40 bargain!

I was about to say switch, as if no DIS warning it would mean its not even detecting the light switch position mate, so must be switch fault.
