Brake lights on dashboard

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help, I have all the brake lights on the dashboard but new pad and disks have been apply and there still on, has anyone had this problem if so what did you do?

Scan the car, see what the code is, it might just need clearing?

I've just done the scan and it's the ABS pump as it's leaking
