Only covered less than 500 Miles in brand new Q5 and have an intermittent brake squeal at slow speeds, anybody else have same issue before I speak to the dealership?

Most likely you have been driving gently and the disc pads have glazed - have a couple of hard stops from 50mph (with no one behind you of course), that will fix it.
