Sounds a bit fishy, and given his other item for sale it's a strange item for him to be selling. The wonders of the bay.

All his feedback is for buying, none for selling too from what I can see. Looks a little dodgy to me.

I dont trust that at all. His payment options include PayPal which means PayPal approve the listing which cast doubt on why he dosnt want to use them.
You have no buyer protection if you give this guy a cheque or bankers draft. BEWARE. I'm pretty sure as a new member he has to offer Paypal. I have questioned this with ebay.
