Buckets are they a straight swap?

As the title says how hard is it to swap the standard seats with the recaro's?

Think if you search for buckets a there will be a few threads on them. Not sure on the answer so giving my best advise

I think it's straight swap, it's only the electric adjusting ones that need different looms as far as I've read.

I believe you need to add a resistor into stop an airbag warning light as the buckets do not have side airbag.

Thanks guys both seats are heated as are mine and been told that it's 4 bolts and then wiring so basically plug and play.

Message Jimbo S3 mate... He fit buckets into his car couple weeks ago and should be able to tell you everything you want to know

Straight swap buddy, i think you can use vcds to tell the car buckets are fitted, that way it will know there are no airbags in the seats.

Yep striaght swap.....4 bolts on the rails and the 2 lecky plugs under the panel. Take you 10 mins a side in and out.
