Roughly whats the turn around time?

From build week to picking the car up from the stealers?

2-6 weeks. Usually 3-4

My dealer has advised second week of August pick up, guess they are being very reserved in their estimate.

Mine was build week 22 (start of May) and I picked up on Saturday but it was ready the weekend before.

Spoke to Audi customer service today.
Car build date is next week,
They told me it could be anything from 8-12 weeks after build date until delivery?

They are being overly cautious. 3-6 weeks is more the norm.

Although I don't know if Audi UK have imposed an earliest handover day - they often do for new models.

My A1 was build week 23 (1st June), got told today that it goes on the boat next week then when it lands 5 working days to get to the dealer, so I'm looking at end June early July which is bang on with the estimate given when I ordered it.

4/5 weeks I thought would be normal, but to be told its gonna be 8-12 weeks, was a bit of a shock.
