Lamborghini goes up in smokeSep 18 2006







COVENTRY'S most expensive car went up in flames today - on a busy dual carriageway at the start of the rush hour.

The Lamborghini, worth a whopping £130,000, caught fire on the busy A45 near Ryton-on-Dunsmore.

Within minutes, the blaze in the engine had written off the luxury sports car.

Fortunately, the driver and passenger escaped without injury.

The driver noticed smoke was pouring out of the engine which is located at the back of the car and pulled over at the side of the road.
