Has anyone had their canvas roof repaired? I've got two very small patches starting to appear near the folding mechanism. The lining is fine, but the canvas itself has split.
I took the car to a roof specialist who told me it's normal wear and tear and the entire roof needs replacing. I really don't want to spend that sort of money, so wonder whether it can be patched.
