Camber adjustment

Hi, my car is on H and R sport setup. I need new bushes/arms soon as pretty worn out. Just wondering if anyone had tried the powerflex camber bushes or the bolts?

I have heard from some other uses that they provide very minor/fine adjustments, however not really enough if you're chasing a certain camber setting which only adjustable control arms could do.
