Camshaft variable adjuster seals

Hi all i have a leak on one of the above on my 3.0 quattro, only one is leaking, i know there is four , shall i replace all ?
and how much of a pain is it to do ?, parts are only like a fiver for the set !

iirc its not too bad to get too..

if you can do all then i would be inclined to do so.

im hoping i can keep the timing belt in place, not disturb it etc as its only 2 months old and done about 300 miles, actually i may get a garage to do it, how long in labour ?
