tbf if it was me and only had the car a day id take it back to where I got it from and ask them to sort it or money back, was it sold with warrenty?

both auto boxes but one is a conventional torque converter and the other is manual box that changes the gear automatically, I thing the tiptronic is the torque converter I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

The multitronic is the CVT gearbox, so its the other way around
