Car tax renewal

Hi all, I'm currently paying monthly direct debit to the dvla for my car tax but it's up for renewal July 1st. Do the payments just carry on or do I need to renew it online?

According to this you shouldn't have to.

No problem bud. If in doubt you can easily give them a call. DVLA are actually very helpful in my experience.
