Cars decided it wants to be German

Has anyone’s car decided to change half of the MMI to German? Virtual Cockpit is ok, as it the main menu on MMI, but all other menus for radio now display in German and when switching the engine off, the warning about alarm you get for interior alarm sensor is also in German

Did you ever sort this? Has anyone else experienced their MMI turning German? Has happened to me now. I can’t see (in German) where to get it back to English so how the heck did it go German?
