Hi all

As above, my CAT N car has been crashed into again. Yes again :expressionless: 3 months after someone crashed into it and wrote it off someone else has just crashed into it as it was parked.

As it has already been written off and classed as a CAT N, how does it work with claiming on their insurance? Can I even claim?

Up to 4 non fault accidents in 7 years of driving now, woo :grimacing:

That's plain bad luck mate.

Of course you can claim, just if they write it off again your car will be a CAT N2 (squared) :)

I know, maybe I should start walking everywhere!

I’ve done some reading online and some people say if it gets written off a second time, they’ll pay out but it means the car cannot be bought back no matter how light the damage as it’s been written off more than once. Not sure how true this is!
