Hi Guys, just wondered if anyone new how to unlock the CD/DVD player. Apparently my NAV disc is locked into the CD headset to prevent theft, however, I would like to remove it in order to play CD's or DVD's. For reference I have a 2012 A4 Avant 2.0 TDI 143 SE with a Tecknik pack (BT,SAT NAV, 6 CD changer, MMI etc.) The dealer wants me to book the car in to have it done, at a cost no doubt. Thanks in advance for any advice.
