My english is not best so i need a bit of help ive just cancel my policy with Direct Line (pay by instaltments) the said it will be cancel charge. They asked me to send certificate back to them ( i could not understand the address that bloke on the phone told me) Direct Line Customer Service Dep. ................ 55 .... Street... Glasgow (cannot understand postcode either..) i asked to text me on my mobile or send e-mail... no help... Now How long im covered now?? When shall i get my new policy (a lot cheaper with different insurer). Please help Anyone who dealt with direct line?
