my car has long life synthetic brake fluid in it which should last for many years, but the TT shop advise hat it should be changed every two years. has anyone else been doing this change?

also has anyone fitted and different pads to the front of a v6 and what were they like on performance compared to standard?

Yep, been there done that and what a difference it makes to the feel and performance of the brakes too.

Yep, change it every two years in all the cars. All brake fluid is hygroscopic ie it absorbs water from the atmosphere over a period of time, hence Jimbo's reference above to the difference it makes when changed.
