Changing Pads

Mot is due in a few weeks and i want to change the pads all round. Ive done pads on other cars in the past but never one with an electronic handbrake.

Are they easy to do? any help will be appreciated

You will need VCDS to unlock the rear electric motors, or some kind of contraption to get 12v to it.
This doesn't rewind the piston, you still have to take it back as normal. Then after you just have to re-engage the motor again once all is fitted.

Apart from this, it is the same as what you are probably used to with other cars

Carista app can wind back and close pistons. Did mine last year.

Fancy that, I did not know that - so an extra use for Carista, though I'd probably stick with using VCDS for that job as I have it as well.
