Changing slam panel

Going to be changing my slam panel in the next few days as it is f*****d, it's an a3 8l aum 1.8t is this easy to do? And does anybody have guide to do so?

I don't have a guide as such, but it's a pretty easy job really as long as you're slow and methodical. Disconnect the rad and all wiring first, remove the headlights, then lift off the old slam panel hole then swap over all the bits before refitting the new one.
