Hi,

2011 A3 8P non Bose.

I Just bought a cheap bt adapter looks like it just plugs in the aux, but comes with a black wire and a red.

Presumably I can earth the ground to the head unit chassis screw.

With the 12v red cable what will be best to connect it to? Switch live or a 12v constant live? Splice it or run a wire to the fusebox? Im thinking it's a low power consumption and I don't want it not working as soon as I turn on the car.

Any input on easiest way would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I bought one that plugs into the CD changer and takes calls and plays music from my phone.... Take a look on amazon it can be had for under £40
